The Darwin Society, an organization dedicated to creating humans to survive the impending climate crisis, launched a series of experiments dealing with DNA splicing and adaptational mutation. One of these trials oversaw the development of a jellyfish mutant colony, hoping to replicate the jellyfish's regenerative abilities. Unfortunately, all the subjects never fully developed and died from the stress of these trials. They were discarded into the ocean to cover up the failure.What the scientists didn't know was that one revived. She could tap into her genetic capabilities when she got in touch with her oceanic roots, healing from her wounds. Still unconscious, she was found near the shore by a lone woman on vacation, taking her in and hiding her identity from the public. Years later, through agonizing research, she finally learns the truth of the Darwin Society’s existence, and vows to expose thier misdeeds.Now she destroys Darwin labs, spray-tagging her symbol to rally other mutants and helping who she can along the way.
